Non-degree students may use this form to reactivate online registration status after a period of non-attendance. 
Note: This form is not for degree-seeking students. If you started a degree program before becoming inactive, please contact the Office of Admissions at or 503.699.6268 to be readmitted.  
Please ensure that your student financial account is not carrying a balance before reactivating. Contact Student Accounts at 503.699.6278 to check the status of your account.
